SPECIAL ORDERS
While we do carry a large assortment of medical products, occasionally there are times when it is necessary to order specialty or hard-to-find items. In most cases, we can have these products delivered in less than a week, and often within 24 hours of placing the order.

ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE
Our accounts receivable staff can be reached Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 4:00pm. Customers can be assured that their privacy will be the utmost priority when discussing any claims and concerns.

CERTIFIED FITTERS
A certified fitter is available for fitting of compression garments, CPAP's and orthopedic braces Monday thru Friday 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. We suggest calling to confirm availability for mastectomy product and CPAP fittings.

DELIVERY SERVICE
We guarantee friendly, efficient and timely delivery of equipment to all customers living in the greater Houston Area. Customers who are unable to get out due to illness or lack of transportation can receive most products within a 24 hour period of time of placing the order with us.
